When registering for the National Conference in Normal, IL, you will have the unique opportunity to choose to attend either Friday or Saturday OR both Friday and Saturday. With our Friday PLUS! option, you will attend all day Friday including both main sessions. Then on Saturday, you can sleep in (or enjoy a leisurely morning) because you start your day at 10:30 a.m. with your first workshop session. You will be done with the conference when the last workshop ends at 3:40 p.m. You will enjoy a total of 8 workshops, 2 main sessions, and 2 lunches. (Main sessions on Friday and Saturday will be the same content, so you won’t miss anything by attending them on Friday only.)

Moms Night Out
Friday Evening Meal
An optional meal is available on Friday only to those who are attending BOTH the Friday conference and the Moms Night Out. The meal will be served from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. The dinner includes salad, lasagna, beverage, and dessert. Advanced purchase with registration is required. Dinner reservations must be made by February 19, 2014. Reservations cannot be made the day of the conference. Cost of this meal is $15.

What if my circumstances change and I need a refund?
A fee of $30 applies to any form of cancellation made before February 19, 2014. No refund will be made after this date; however, you may transfer your registration to another person. Your registration and payment are confirmation that you have read and accepted the conditions for registration including our refund policy.
What if I can't afford the conference?
Hearts at Home is aware of the financial issues families face. We make every effort to keep the cost of our conference affordable. We have a limited number of partial scholarships available for one-day conference attendance (Friday or Saturday). Please click here for information about conference scholarships. You'll have a great time and a rewarding experience when you choose to serve at the conference as a Hostess, Bag Pick-Up Assistant, Speaker Table Assistant, or Personal Assistant for one of our Speakers. Training is brief and convenient, even if you come from out of town.

If you are able to come Thursday evening, early on Friday Morning, before Moms Night Out on Friday Night, or early Saturday morning to help with Bag Pick Up, you can still attend the conference as a registered attendee and you will get preferred seating at Moms Night Out or the morning Main Sessions! You will help hand out conference bags and the programs.

You can volunteer all day on Friday and/or Saturday. All day volunteers do NOT complete a registration form or pay a conference fee for the day they are volunteering. All day volunteers sign up for one of the following areas: Speaker Table Assistants, Personal Assistants to the Speakers, and Hostesses throughout the day during the conference. Personal Assistants will need to be verified by e-mail with our PA Coordinator prior to finalizing that assignment.

Special event parking on Friday and Saturday in ISU lots is $6 and requires cash. Parking in the Bone Student Center on Thursday night is by the hour or free depending on when you are there.
