Our GROUP DISCOUNT makes planning for your girls weekend easy!

Do you have a moms group, book club, Bible study, or just a bunch of girlfriends that you would love to experience a Hearts at Home conference with? Register as a group and you'll all receive a group discount. Not to mention the fun you'll have spending the weekend together!

The Group Discount is available for all Hearts at Home Conferences: National (including Friday PLUS!), and North Central. By registering as a group of 10 or more, each attendee will receive $10 off the registration fee.

Half the fun of attending as a group is in the planning!

We’ve made it easy to coordinate your group with our Group Conference Planning Form* and these easy steps.

1. Share a copy of this form with each mom in your group so that she can document her workshop and lunch preferences, as well as the other registration information we’ll need.

Our Group Registration Schedule includes a full list of all conference workshops by title and time so that each group member can select their preferences. 

2. Set a deadline date with your group to have everyone return their completed forms to the group leader. Please do not send these forms to the office. We suggest making this deadline well in advance of our Best Value Registration deadline for the conference in order to get the best price for everyone!

3. Use our online system to finalize your group’s registration based on the information from the Group Conference Planning Forms. When you register 10 or more people at the same time for the same conference, a $10 discount per registration will automatically be applied at check out. No codes are needed! One lump payment will be processed for this option.

4. Once you begin your registration order using the online system, watch for an email from Activa that will contain the log in information you will need to access your registration.

Now all that’s left to do is count the days until your weekend with the girls!

*Please note that this is not an official registration form. Seats in workshops are assigned in real time and are confirmed only when the online registration process is completed.

Not sure that option will work for your group?

Click here to e-mail or call (309) 828-MOMS with your leader's contact information and the number of people in your group. The Hearts at Home staff will e-mail you a unique registration code, valid for the number of registrations you request. Each person will complete her own registration online, entering the unique group code when prompted to receive $10 off the conference registration fee.

A few more things to know about the Group Discount:

• The Group Discount is not available on Moms Night Out Only Tickets, merchandise, etc.
• Hearts at Home's regular cancellation policy applies.
• Scholarships are NOT available to group attendees and cannot be used toward the group's registration.
• No additional discounts or promotions can be used with the Group Discount.
