@tceniccola: Is it possible to be exhausted and rejuvenated at the same time? That's what #HAH2013 did for me this weekend!

@aubreykrol: I'm learning so much about myself and my relationship with Jesus this weekend! #HAH2013

@naptimetales: Wait...it's okay to not be perfect?!? @naptimetales is going to be taking home some fun blogging topics!! #HAH2013 #jillsavagerocks

@basicallyjulie: If you expect imperfection, you won't be surprised when it shows up. @jillsavage #HAH2013

@karalin14: If @DrKathyKoch had been my college professor, I would NEVER have skipped class! #HAH2013

This was my first conference. I went with a open mind.. I learned a lot about myself. I now accept that I am not perfect and I am continuing my ministry as a mom. I hope I can share this experience with a friend next year! (Karen)

This was my second year-- I will do whatever it takes to attend EVERY year!! I was so empty before this past weekend and can now happily say how full I feel. I feel equipped to continue to fill my tank with my Lord. I am a better wife and mommy. (Krista)

Best conference yet!! I was so inspired by every speaker I listened to and moms night out was a blast!!! I am so energized and ready to face my imperfections head on!! (Heather)

Amazing conference!! Wonderful speakers, amazing stories, but most of all...I have never been more blessed at Hearts at Home than I was this weekend. God is working on me. Already looking forward to next year!! (Amber)

Now it's time to soak in all the information absorbed from the weekend. Now it's time to apply the actions to my family/life. Now it's time to live His way!! Thanks for sharing all your wisdom with us/me! (Susan)

Conferences and Events for Moms

Do you want to be refreshed, revitalized, challenged, and educated to grow in your marriage, mothering, friendships, and faith? You’re not alone! Come to a Hearts at Home conference and join with thousands of moms who share the same desire.

braden

If you need a reason to attend a Hearts at Home conference, try one (or more!) of these:

  • To feel refreshed and ready to embrace the challenges of motherhood.
  • To enjoy a fun, getaway weekend with your friends.
  • To remove the guilt of not being a perfect mom.
  • To learn to prioritize time for yourself to better care for your family.
  • To experience a newfound strength through a deeper friendship with God.
  • To increase your impact by treating the job of mom as seriously as a career.
  • To create the vision to successfully usher your children into adulthood.
It was deeply profound. The lessons and strategies I walked away with will be life long. Seeing all the women there because they care about their children and husbands was so reassuring to me in such a negative world. I will come back for as many years as the conference is offered!

Conference Details

Each conference begins with the morning main session where you'll be inspired by speakers and enjoy uplifting music.  You'll find yourself laughing and crying with an auditorium full of moms you don't know (they won’t know you either!), but with whom you share the common bond of motherhood.  After the morning session, you'll attend up to 4 workshops before ending your day at the afternoon main session.  If you attend the Moms Night Out event on Friday night, you'll enjoy more music, laughter, and often a surprise or two.

Throughout the conference and the evening of Moms Night Out, you'll have the opportunity to personally talk to our speakers, shop at a variety of vendors, as well as enjoy time with other moms.

When registering, you'll choose whether you want to you can attend three workshops and have a 2 hour and 20 minute lunch break or you can attend four workshops and have a 60 minute lunch break. You'll also choose which workshops you'd like to attend from 20-30 options on parenting, marriage, spiritual growth, personal growth, and family management. You get to design your day based on what you need.

The conference just really reiterated how important my role is as the mom to my children. I felt encouraged in that I’m not alone in my struggles as a mom and a wife and inspired to really step up as the mom to be the encourager, supporter, and teacher that my children need me to be. It was an amazing conference and a great experience! I already have it on my calendar for next year!

Be a part of our Conference Volunteer Team!webpic14

If you have been encouraged by the ministry of Hearts at Home and have a desire to share the same encouragement with others, then we want you!

You'll have a great time and a rewarding experience when you choose to serve at the conference as a Hostess, Bag Pick-Up Assistant, Speaker Table Assistant, or Personal Assistant for one of our Speakers. Training is brief and convenient, even if you come from out of town.

For detailed information about these positions, click here.

If you are registering to attend the conference but can help for 1-2 hours before or during the conference:

If you are able to come before Moms Night Out on Friday Night or early Saturday morning to help with Bag Pick-Up, you can still attend the conference as a registered attendee and you will get preferred seating at Moms Night Out or the morning Main Session! You will help hand out conference bags and the programs.

You may sign up to volunteer starting September 10, 2013. If you have any questions before then, please contact our office at 309-828-6667 or by e-mail.

If you want to volunteer to help ALL DAY on Saturday, all day volunteers do NOT need to register for the conference the day they are volunteering:

You can volunteer all day on Saturday. All day volunteers do NOT complete a registration form or pay a conference fee for the day they are volunteering. All day volunteers sign up for one of the following areas: Speaker Table Assistants, Personal Assistants to the Speakers, and Hostesses throughout the day during the conference. Personal Assistants will need to be verified by e-mail with our PA Coordinator prior to finalizing that assignment.

You may sign up to volunteer starting September 10, 2013. If you have any questions before then, please contact our office at 309-828-6667 or by e-mail.

As an ALL DAY volunteer, you share your gifts, talents, and personality as you serve other moms. As our way of saying Thank You, here’s what you get from Hearts at Home:

  • Bag - you get a conference bag with everything in it that our attendees get.
  • Open Workshops - As an all day volunteer, you may take in one or more open workshops and main sessions, if time allows.
  • Lunch - Lunch and refreshments will be provided for you in the Hearts at Home Staff headquarters.
  • Friday Moms Night Out - You can have a complimentary ticket for Moms Night Out on Friday night (tickets available on a first-come-first-served basis). Your tickets will be available at the conference.

You may sign up to volunteer starting September 10, 2013. If you have any questions before then, please contact our office at 309-828-6667 or by e-mail. Thank You!
